Detroit governance has to change at least to reflect the decline in size.
Cockrel seems born and developed of the old governance and worse, entrenched within its antiquated style.
Bing seems cutthroat, but, unfortunate as it is, it's what's needed -- negative ad inducing corner cutting and all.

I did not have this one at all. I had it Cockrel winning 53-47. Man did I get this one wrong. Good thing I did not bet on this one. :)
