one day because of Veterans Day? Just wondered, as I cannot find any info on it through searches.

1. Answered my own question, which is yes.
Things are thrown off by a day or more because the holiday fell in the middle of the week. This doesn't happen very often, as most Fed holidays fall on Mondays.
