Because first of all half the people of the state of Michigan don't like him. It is hard just to find a majority of people that are favorable to him just in his home area. I know cause I live here. There is another full quarter that may not dislike him, but would never vote for him for governor. Hey, don't get me wrong I like the guy, but for governor we should just be lucky we've had Jenny for two terms.
