Weekend in Petoskey

I was at a wedding this past weekend in Petoskey.

Spoke to a relative who happens to be a Union Member and knows Andy Dillon.

Said relative is voting for Virg Bernero.

Says Andy is a DINO.

I was voting Virg anyway, but wanted to share.

4. As your closet strategist...

I am finally seeing Virg ads in a fashion that resembles something to go on. I thought this is what they would do; waiting for the last minute and pounding it out. He was hammering the Jackson station when I was out there all weekend. Now, It's OK to run the pro-choice thing into next week, but I hope they switch to his Lansing record, because Andy the Dweeb's people are trying a spot that makes some pretty bold claims.

Come on Virg, give me a reason to truly desire to stay in this state. You can do this!

5. Vote Bernero

I'm voting for Bernero because he is a fighter. We can not put up a nice guy and win against the nasty repubs.

I came to know Bernero because he's on Ed Shult's radio and tv shows. He comes across as someone who will fight for us.

As for ads, I think some folks wait because they don't have the money to run ads all the time.
