The Rev. Jesse Jackson leads statewide tour

(WXYZ) - The Reverend Jesse Jackson is continuing his bus tour across Michigan this week.

The Rebuild America: Jobs, Justice & Peace tour is urging national leaders to focus on America's economic infrastructure, urban policy and education, amongst other initiatives.

The bus is making stops at cities across the state.
Today, Jackson and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition will be at Second Missionary in Jackson at 10 a.m.
At 2 p.m. Jackson will speak at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor inside the Trotter Multicultural Center at 1443 Washtenaw Ave.

The tour in Michigan ends Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. with a march at the UAW Ford National Program Center on West Jefferson in Detroit.
