1. I think they're so good because...

even though she doesn't have $30 million to sink into her campaign, she has something to say. Unlike whatshizname who only has money, but nothing to base a campaign on other than the money. But she sure has some great PR people who know what they're doing.

I agree that she has some great PR people, but even more than that, I think that Gov. Granholm's enthusiasm for her job and love of Michigan are something that's very easily picked up both on TV and in person. Whereas DeVos has spent over $20 million on ads attacking the governor, Gov. Granholm is able to run on her record and positive plans for the state. DeVos has no such plans, and his only record is that of an unsuccessful pyramid-scheme CEO. Unfortunately for DeVos, Michigan voters are understanding more and more that the DeVos campaign is built on lots of attacks and very little substance.
