Check in Michigan. How are we doing? |
|
My voting experience was uneventful. How about yours? Any exit poll information? Anecdotal information?

We must be neighbors! My husband and I voted at noon and there were about 8 of us voting at that time. Again, a very red area so those of us (my husband and I) who didn't vote straight party ticket stood out in the crowd because we were there longer (lol).

4. I voted in Berkley at 10am this morning... |

I had to stand in line which was a good sign to me :) A poll worker told me to take off my 'Impeach Bush' button. I told her he wasn't running and that I would not take it off. She let the matter drop.

12. our scanner was not reading yet when i voted... |
|
Edited on Tue Nov-07-06 08:38 PM by Scout
i had ballot #11, and when i turned it in, the scanning machine was not yet ready to read. one of the precinct workers was working on it, and had people put their ballot into the box of the scanner without it being scanned. i don't know what time they got it working, and i don't know if i can be sure that all the ballots cast get counted.
eta: this was at 7:15am in Scio Township, Washtenaw County.
