Protest in Troy January 11 6 p.m. Rochester and Big Beaver

We have a strong possibility of press being at our event. The more the merrier and the stronger the message to President Bush.


I just signed up to coordinate an Emergency Rally to Stop Iraq Escalation with MoveOn and I wanted to invite you to come

I think it’s really important that we tell Bush and Congress that the American public won’t stand for additional troops being sent to Iraq. This event is going to be a great way to do that.

I counted 110 in Royal Oak, nice turnout.

I knew we had at least 100 -- It was a great turnout. My fingers and toes were so numb by the time I left.

I counted near the end, so I might of missed a few. But yea it was an outstanding turnout, hope you enjoy D.C. on the 27th that should be alot of fun.

6. 60 in Troy

We had about 60 folks show up in Troy.

5. Protest on Fox 2 and article in Oakland Press

The Oakland Press carried this article today on Page A 10 http://tinyurl.com/yabv7o

We were also on Fox 2 News at 10 and we had a live feed at 6 on Fox. The Troy Gazette, Detroit News and Detroit Free Press were there, but no stories appeared. I did not personally speak with the Freep or the News, so can't confirm their attendance.
