Hey, free HP toner that we paid for...thanks for being so conscientious, Norman! Throwing away perfectly good office supplies...paid for by - hmm, let's see - could it be us poor taxpayers? Remember us? You were so concerned about wasting our money with a recount, remember, Normie, remember?

He's missing the big "FREE" sign. (Or "Buy 2, Get 1 Free")

Jerk. I hate that he's dragging this out. The trial sounds like a riot though ("Oh, I thought having my girlfriend sign my absentee ballot wasn't a problem..." and "Hey, I just saved a PDF, converted to a JPEG, typed in my name and then initialed it so why wouldn't it count..." Franken Lawyer: "Did you not have a pen in your dorm room?" I paraphrase - my ramblings make more sense if you read www.talkingpointsmemo.com for more fun details).

Gotta say that I think Joe Friedberg plays much better in front of a jury instead of judges.

1. I sure hope that American flag wasn't out there being thrown away

Bu, in Norm's mind eye I suppose he is done wrapping himself in it; got all the mileage out of it he is gonna get now that he is simply ex-senator Coleman.

3. I'd rec your response too! (+ Norm's New Mission)
Gee, I hope that's not a garbage can next to the flag...

In today's news, it's all about the kids...those young adults who try to vote for Norm but are sadly incapable of using pens.

Thank Norm that he's identified this important issue. What could be a higher priority?

<<Coleman: Make It Easier To Vote Online (And Count That Kid's Vote For Me)
By Eric Kleefeld - January 30, 2009, 2:07PM

In a press conference outside the courtroom held just a short while ago, Norm Coleman announced that if he gets back into the Senate, he'll work on ways to make it easier for young people to vote online.

4. I have a feeling he left it out for other Senate offices to take
So technically, he's not giving away taxpayer-purchased office supplies-- they're just being passed on to other Senate offices.

Either way, Norm's looking less classy by the minute.
