incredible! Metro Gang Task Force has some splaning to do as does Ramsey County Sheriff's dept.

Missing money, missing cars (14 of em), friends/co-workers offered big screen TV for $ 30.

hmmmmm what were Channel 4, 11, 5, 9 talking about ? A boy and mother missing, avoiding chemo therapy.

1. I did hear something about this on Channel 4 tonight
but I can't remember if it was at 5 or 6. But you're right, the lead was the run away mother & son and it seemed like they gave them more time.

3. Minnesota Public Radio had a bit of it in their morning update today
Not a long, in-depth story. But they did mention some of the questionable activities (re-selling items belonging taken from people never charged with a crime, not informing people of the process to re-claim their items when cleared of charges, employees simply keeping items for themselves).

Seems like a pattern of behavior could spur firings and possible criminal charges (yes, I do hold law enforcement officials to a higher standard when in comes to matters like this ... people entrusted with securing our rights should be punished severely when caught breaking the social contract).

4. It also sounds like they claim no way of finding out what happened to stuff.
Lame. I think there is a ton of corruption there.
