Have members of Coleman's staff still been working with Klobuchar |
|
Originally they were kept until the end of March and then, I think that I've heard she asked to extend their service to help with her load to handle calls for help and advice.

3. Both Senators offices do non-partisan matters |
|
which is probably what they were brought on for. Immigration, adoption, matters, for example with other local matters.
They were also up to speed on the specifics on the matters that the Coleman office was working on before the term ended and it was closed. It was easier to have then ex- Coleman staffers to handle the non-partisan matters and matters they were already working on than to overload current staff members.
Now that Franken will be seated, they will transition their cases to Franken's staff.
