Franken's first appearance on the Judicial "Committee looked and sounded good.

For awhile I felt he was channeling Paul Wellstone. Although lacking in experience, especially with only five days into office, he hit stride with focusing upon how laws and the Highest Court affects people and the role s of Branches of Government to the Judiciary. It was good.

What was this about a protester that spoke up when Al spoke? What did he/she try to say?
