8/6 9am Last day of trial for Jesse charged with Felony during RNC

Tomorrow -- Thursday, August 6th, will be the last day of trial. Closing arguments will be presented by the lawyers. Then the judge will instruct the jury. After that, it is in the jury's hands. The rest of us just wait.

This is your last chance to see anything of the trial.

It's a really good chance to talk to Jesse, since he's going to be stuck there with nothing to do. :-\

If you want to wait with us, bring games, snacks or a good book. Write letters to our friends in jail. Bring sunscreen if you plan to wait outside.

I'll give a tour of the law library on the 18th floor to anyone who wants to go up there. Admittedly, I know very little about the contents of a law library -- you'd have to ask Melissa about that. All I know is that there is a fantastic view of the city and the riverfront and I'm bringing my binoculars.
