help for Wells Fargo troubled mortgage holders, St Paul Feb 17 & 18th
This was sent from a friend who works at Wells Fargo Bank who asked to send to others, so please send out so all who have a Wells Fargo Mortgage and are having trouble making payments they should go to this workshop.
They should probably take a copy of 2009 tax returns, latest W2, and bank statement. I hope they can help.

Home Preservation Workshops - February 17-18 - St. Paul River Center

CHECKPOINT TEAM MEMBERS:

As you are aware, the foreclosure crisis has disportionately affected the African American community. On February 17-18 Wells Fargo is hosting Home Preservation Workshops in St. Paul at the River Center. Wells Fargo is holding an event for homeowners with WELLS/WACHOVIA mortgages who are 60/90+ days late on their mortgages to help solution on the spot. The loss mitigation team, the servicers and mortgage team will be there to help people. This is strictly an outreach effort to help people stay in their homes. These events have been held in Chicago, Baltimore, Phoenix and Atlanta with great success! Any help you can provide to get the word out to the community would be helpful! Let's get the word out and help people stay in their homes!

Customers should go online to register or call in to the number provided.
Parking will be free for those who register.

You’ll personally meet with a Wells Fargo representative who will
confidentially discuss your financial concerns and options. Plus, you
get the opportunity to see if you’re eligible for a loan modification under
the government’s Home Affordable Modification Program.

1. Perhaps the banks are wising up to the fact that most people think they're
somewhat lower than pond scum.
