Has anyone seen any around town? I was driving south on Hennepin yesterday and saw one at the corner of Frankin and Hennepin.
Who's putting these up?

there is a small illustrated eagle printed next to the word 'GreMar'. I've never heard of 'GreMar'. :shrug:
