EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - Over the weekend, NATO leaders, including President Barack Obama agreed on a future for combat operations in Afghanistan. They want to hand over security responsibility to the Afghani government by the end of 2014.

The president also repeated his pledge to begin the U.S. troop withdrawal from Afghanistan beginning next July.
