1. The worst damage was on the north side of town.

This is mainly a low-income area. The people whose homes were damaged will need a lot of help.

They're in there doing what needs to be done immediately. Beyond that, the needs will become more evident as damage is assessed.

I feel terrible for all those people in North Minneapolis. They didn't need this, on top of all the other challenges.
