Have problems with our email so Charter is sending a repair person tomorrow to fix it. Just had a pre-recorded phone message confirming the appointment and stated that "Someone who is present at the home must show a Government issued Photo ID".
Yikes. That is totally new. I would rather the worker show me his! What is up with this????????
