or have heard of in Mississippi.

I know of a polling place/precinct that ran out of ballots and had to close its doors for an hour or two.

Reading about the BFEE's padding of the votes in TX, CA, FL & OH to increase his popular votes makes me wonder if they did the same here, no one would think anything of it since we were expected to go blue anyway.
