1. I liked this part the best:

Gov. Barbour may believe strongly in his ideology, as Mr. Friedeman says, but his job as head of this state is not to push his conservative philosophy on the people of Mississippi.

What is good for this state is to listen to what the people of this state want. Haley Barbour has done anything but work for the citizens of Mississippi or attempt to hear them out.


I think you've hit the nail on the head-the Repukes don't view themselves as public servants but rather as dictators bent on spreading their ideology.

Babar the Elephant is an embarrasment to the state. Then again, maybe it's for the best that he IS governor -- just to show up front what the doctrinaire ultra-conservative jackass does to the state.

Babar the Elephant is destroying our state in the same manner his buddy is destroying our nation. We need to expose him for what he is and make sure he doesn't win another election, EVER.
