AAR is only broadcast on one station, as far as I know. It isn't a very powerful station, and once you get very far outside of Atlanta, it gets very heavy static and sometimes just not received at all!
By far, the best for Kansas would be a higher power station, even if lots of areas are very Red. A lot of things that the Dems say cause people to think. That's a good thing!

MU sports would pre-empt a lot of the weekend programming, during basketball season, the evening would get pre-empted with MU basketball

some of that AAR coverage time to reach more people at all the time basketball isn't being played?
That's a decision YOU have to make. I don't know your area.

While I notice FM talk is growing in other cities I wonder how it would take in KC. Most people who tend to listen to AM listen specifically for talk or sports radio. Then again having it on FM might catch listeners who don't normally listen to talk radio.
