7. According to the news last night and this morning....

(KSDK St. Louis) - McCaskill will be announcing her intention to run for the Senate seat today.

(Interestingly, just after I'd heard this on KSDK, I checked my email, and had a Zogby poll...the entire purpose of which appeared to be whether I'd vote for Talent or McCaskill.)

9. Speaking of polling

There was a poll done on a McCaskill-Talent race, done a while back. It was 43-43, but this poll shouldn't be taken too seriously for a couple reasons. One it was a artisan DSCC poll, but also because it was done before Bush and Talent's approval ratings went down.

She stabbed Holden in the back, and then altered her stance on a woman's right to choose, for starters. I want someone else.

Holden was NOT going to win again.

Call it stabbing in the back, if you like, but McCaskill lost by a small margin...it would have been a much larger margin had it been Holden running.

I had nothing against Holden, but LOTS of people blamed him for the tough times Missouri was going through.

Are you ever going to answer the other posters' question about what McCaskill said on your statement about the right to choose? I'd like to know, as well. Without some quote or link, it doesn't convince anyone.
