Curious about Missouri's bio-diesel plant(s)

Basically, are they/is it up and running? Is bio-diesel now widely available? Is it making a dent in diesel prices? I heard it was farmer co-op owned, is that true? Is it providing good jobs? I'm very curious about this. Someone I know has been toying with running for Congress in Western Nebraska and making bringing a bio-diesel plant to NE a big campaign issue. I thought maybe someone here would know something.
