I live downtown KC, by the central library in a high rise. I want to put political banners out my windows in large print. Before I spend the money on these banners does anyone know if there is law against this? Would this be considered advertisements?

I don't think there is a law agin it, but your lease may be another thing entirely.

Maybe you could bring your signs to Nichols Fountain on the Country Club Plaza, Sundays from 4-6pm. We're always there with ours.
