Tonight's Dem Kickoff and DU Meetup combined.

proud2Blib did her best, reserving the party room and all, but, alas, it was a smaller turnout than expected. Apparently 50 MPH winds are enough to keep people at home. Sheesh.

But, we had new people from other Dem groups show up, and raved at them about DU. For a short time, it looked like some of the non-DUers thought we were actually holding a meeting. We had to mention that no one had a copy of Roberts Rules of Order. We just order drinks.

Unfortunately, the Flea Market isn't wired for the internets, so there was no Howard Dean webcast for us tonight. We still had a good time.
