6. I met Ike in '98.

He came to Ft Leonard Wood (part of his district) where I was stationed at the time. He was instrumental in keeping that place off the BRAC list and getting more Army training moved there. Nice guy, came across as very charismatic.

Very nice man who has had a bad year. I don't agree w/ him on everything but he does try to listen to his constituents.
