4. I'm a bit suspicious, as I've yet to meet a Dem who wants Hillary... |
|
Who is your FIRST choice for president in 2008? Sen. Evan Bayh: 2% Sen. Joe Biden: 6% Ret. Gen. Wesley Clark: 12% Sen. Hillary Clinton: 20% Fmr. Sen. John Edwards: 16% Sen. Russ Feingold: 7% Sen. John Kerry: 6% Sen. Barack Obama: 10% Gov. Bill Richardson: 5% Gov. Tom Vilsack: 1% Gov. Mark Warner: 10% Other: 2% Not sure: 2%
Who is your SECOND choice for president in 2008? Sen. Evan Bayh: 3% Sen. Joe Biden: 8% Ret. Gen. Wesley Clark: 8% Sen. Hillary Clinton: 13% Fmr. Sen. John Edwards: 15% Sen. Russ Feingold: 6% Sen. John Kerry: 5% Sen. Barack Obama: 13% Gov. Bill Richardson: 9% Gov. Tom Vilsack: 3% Gov. Mark Warner: 9% Other: 2% Not sure: 6%
Who do you think would make the STRONGEST vice presidential candidate? Sen. Evan Bayh: 3% Sen. Joe Biden: 5% Ret. Gen. Wesley Clark: 11% Sen. Hillary Clinton: 11% Fmr. Sen. John Edwards: 8% Sen. Russ Feingold: 4% Sen. John Kerry: 2% Sen. Barack Obama: 26% Gov. Bill Richardson: 7% Gov. Tom Vilsack: 3% Gov. Mark Warner: 8% Other: 1% Not sure: 9%
Should Missouri's 2008 presidential primary be held before the New Hampshire primary and/or the Iowa caucuses? Before both Iowa and New Hampshire, Missouri should go first: 24% After Iowa but before New Hampshire: 16% After both Iowa and New Hampshire: 27% Not sure: 34%
(could it be a matter of name recognition? - and I'm kind of surprised at how strong Obama's support as VP candidate is)

5. I think the MSM wants Hillary because the right-wingers will have ... |
|
juicy tidbits for them in the form of constant smearing of her.
But aside from that, I'd rather have either... Kerry, Feingold, Clark or Obama.

6. I've met a number of Dems who are interested in Hilary. |
|
I think the biggest reason is name recognition. I'm not interested in her (I like Russ) but I can see why a few would be. The other reason I've heard-a chance to shove it down the Freeper throats over and over again. Personally, I don't think she could pull it off and she's not my choice. But I would laugh if it ever happened.
