1. And maybe we could link east and west.
Meet in Columbia, or some other central location. Better yet, we have some interesting initiatives in common. We really should combine our resources on them. See this post, for one example:

and find your Democracy for America chapter. Here, we're working against Diebold voting machines. I believe they're due to be purchased in St. Louis, as well. And why not host a meet-up with DUers in St. Louis?

5. We have a group of DUers here that meets regularly.
Our meetings are cerainly not forma. And we're all involved in other groups. We kind of exchange information and drink. Not necessarily in that order.

6. St. Louis County is getting ES&S machines
don't know about the city.

There is a local progressive group in St. Louis...they have a Yahoo!Group:
