I got to attend Demo Days in Hannibal this weekend.
WOW. What fun. Lots of interaction with local politicians, Jay Nixon, Claire McCaskill, and Max Cleland. $30 well spent--about 20 hospitality rooms, all with free drinks and food. LOTS of Dems there from all over the state; it gave me a lot of hope. I'd definitely recommend attending next year if you can make it. :hi:
