Who Writes the Ruestman Reports?

Thanks to excellent reporting by Randy Turner, SWMO citizens are left with an interesting question. Who writes the "Ruestman report?"

JoplinDaily.com recently issued the following apology:

"The following report published Wednesday, March 29 on JolplinDaily.com and was listed as a report by GOP congresswoman Marilyn Ruestman, when, in fact, it is the weekly joint report submitted by all four Joplin state representatives." http://joplindaily.com/articles/2006/03/31/opinions/01joint%20report.txt

Yet on Ruestman's own web-site, as you can see in the above screen capture, she takes credit for the same article without any mention of the other representatives:

Who really wrote the article? All of them, just Ruestman, or someone else?
