Petition are circulating to place on Missouri's November ballot Constitutional Amendment "Article XIV: Pertaining to Finance and Spending."

Please encourage those in your network not to sign this petition. We understand that signature collectors are in these districts:

1,2,3 : St. Louis area
5: Kansas City area
7: Springfield area
9: Northeast Mo, Hannibal, Moberly, Columbia

2. I am disgusted!!!

A woman came up to me today and asked me to sign it. She had it combined with medicaid petitions.
There is someone cynical enough to get citizens who have been convinced that the amendment is simply as the woman said to me "to require a vote before they raise taxes," and recruit them to combine the article XIV with the medicaid petitions.
It makes my stomach turn.
