focus on crime and sensational topics as opposed to news and information we
need to make good decisions? Radio talk show bantering that is over the edge
and inappropriate, movie violence, commercialism in children's media, lack of
balance and fairness in coverage?

Join us this Saturday, February 3rd at 8:30 am at First Watch in Westport
(Westport Rd and SW Trafficway.) Our major plan at this meeting is to decide who
will contact which member of our Congressional delegation to ask them to share
in a request to get the Federal Communication Commission to have a public
hearing here in our metro area.

We need help from both sides of the state line to convince our
Congressional delegation that they should extend this invitation. That is where you come
in. Come if you can and if you know someone that is interested in this, invite
them to come.
