We're finally getting a new middle school

Voters approved the construction of a new middle school here yesterday (Savannah). We tried four times in the nineties when things were going gangbusters and it failed every time. I live next to our present ms it was built back in the 1930's and has been cobbled onto ever since. There are several trailers that are used for classrooms, and it's three stories tall.
The age of the building doesn't allow for modern equipment or high speed internet except on the first floor.
So now, we're finally leaving the dark ages, it's about damn time.
