What is tax revenue being spent on in Missouri?

The roads and sidewalks are kept in a state of ill-repair. Streets are littered with an outrageous volume of roadkill, which instead of being disposed of is left to decompose.

Public transportation sucks. Bus routes that run only every half hour don't cut it.

Public services suck. One DMV office to service KCMO's population of over 400,000? Get fucking real!

The public school system is horribly underfunded.

Over a hundred thousand folks were kicked off Medicaid.

What's the fucking deal?
