Does anyone else have Aquilla for their electric?
We just got our December bill and it's abnormally high for the amount of days and time of year, is this happening to anyone else?

1. Oh I see they estimated
Way off course. I think what they did was write themselves an interest free loan, eventually I'll get it back, sometime this spring.
