MOTHERFUCKING GREENE COUNTY!

Ugh, our county clerk SUCKS.

They looked at changing my precinct polling location to accomodate larger turnout.

Last week it was our original place. On Monday a story ran in the News Leader that it had changed. Then yesterday I get a postcard from the Greene Co clerk saying nope, strike that, you are voting at the original location. I call them to ask WTH is going on, which is the correct info, and they say they just realized the potential alternate location wasn't handicapped accessible and had to leave it the same.

But guess what? I got a gorgeous GOTV mailer (two actually) from the DNC/Obama campaign that has the potential alternate location listed as our polling place, which is the wrong location. I did call the Obama people and let them know.

Granted, this probably only affects less than 1000 voters but Jesus H Christ, that number of votes can (and has) decide a race. They should not be doing this mad switching days before the election!
