Stan Carmack died last night
He was a newscaster on Channel 5 back when they were a great station. Stan was one of the best. This is a great loss.

I got to know Stan in the last couple years. He and his wife were active in several progressive groups. Stan was a true liberal.

His "Going Away Party" will be the afternoon of Sunday, Dec. 14 at 2 pm the Scottish Rite Temple on Linwood Blvd.
