Early Roy Blunt ad aimed at Corporate Republican donor$ |
|
I saw a Roy Blunt for Senate ad this morning. He's trying to paint Robin Carnahan as a rubber-stamp liberal who will support Barack Obama's LIBERAL agenda. He says she supports "job crippling regulations". Personally, I'm glad he came out as a fire branded anti-regulation republican early on. Nearly all our country's problems over the past 30 some years have been caused by rampant deregulation. Corporations running amok. I'd like him to try and explain how letting corporations do whatever they want is supposed to help average Americans. Robin should remind Roy that no matter how much he thinks it might help his stock portfolio: CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE!
Any bets he'll roll out the old "God, Guns and Gays" junk later on for the Tea Party contingent.

1. So the choice is between |

So the choice is between a candidate who appears to be a rubber stamp for the policies that are helping to get us out of the economic disaster the Bush administration left for Obama to clean up and a candidate who was a rubber stamp for the polices that brought us the disaster in the first place..?? Please tell me Missouri voters aren't fucking stupid!!!!!!!!

2. Well, that's unfortunately the case. |

Rural MO has been drastically altered since Truman was in office.
They are rabidly anti-union, anti-liberal, pro-church.
Anti-evolution, flat-earthers that believe the earth is 6000 yrs old.
I live here, I see it every day. Just hoping there are some smart enough to offset the stupid.
