Bozeman MoveOn fundraiser results

Woo-HOO!
In spite of MoveOn not advertising the event to members in the area AND bad weather (we moved indoors), about 200 people attended and we raised $1,300 for MoveOn. It was fun and very amazing.

The most wonderful part for me was seeing all of these people I didn't know walk through the door with items they made with their own hands. And all to support the cause to get rid of Bush! It was a lovely antidote to huge donations by big business and fat cats.

I'm an at-home mom. I don't have a vast social network and I don't like "see and be seen" events, so witnessing so many people willing to come out to participate in a grassroots event like this was great.

Thanks for coming, dinoboy!
