Received a form letter yesterday saying Max supports a filibuster.
Max seems to be changing his ways of late.

Usually takes so long to get reply and they are so generic that I have trouble guessing which email of mine it is in response to. Hoping ol Max lets some new blood run for his seat when his term is up. Seems like he just isn't there anymore.

Hope his remarks about going no on Alito is a good sign that he is regaining consciousness.

3. Hi, could you post your form letter from Max? I've written

and received no reply. I'd love to see it in writing that Max is supporting our Democracy and voting to keep Alito from getting to the floor.

On the official count webites they have him as undecided on supporting the party in a filibuster.
