HELENA — A rodeo complex in Billings, a shooting range in Great Falls, a world-renowned mining museum in Butte and an international cycling race from the Beartooth Range to Glacier National Park are part of John Vincent's vision for Montana.
Those were among the gubernatorial candidate's ‘‘Montana magnets,'' attractions, part of his economic development plan, that he believes would draw tourists to the state in droves.
The Bozeman Democrat told a news conference Tuesday that his ‘‘Build a Better Montana'' plan contains steps that should be taken immediately and projects that state and private business should work together on creating within a decade.
