Hi there -- I'm from Council Bluffs (you know, the place with the casinos and the Lancers -- you may have heard of us once or twice before ;-D ).

If it looks like the Republicans are going to dominate Nebraska -- and let's be real, it's Nebraska -- please help us out across the river. We're going to have a tight race for Governor, with Bush-clone Congressman Jim Nussle running for the Republicans, most likely against current Secretary of State Chet Culver. We could use all the help we can get to retire Nussle. He's evil.

I meant volunteering in Council Bluffs for Democratic candidates.

recruit some volunteers if it's a close race. I think if I was going to volunteer for anyone it would be for Jim Esch in the Omaha district. He's probably going to get blown away, but he's a really great guy with good ideas and he deserves our support.

Instead of abandoning one state for another, why don't we work together for candidates in our area?
