What is going on for live shows this summer?
Live and Local?

Even a road trip.
I have just checked out what I could find for KC - and
would love for the kids to see Red Rocks.

I need to see what is scheduled for the Sheldon Garden
and I know the local funky Soul Dawg will play at South Pointe Mall.
(Okay the mall is lame - but still a fun couple hours)

Surprisingly, the Qwest Center and Civic don't seem to have anything going on all summer. I know they are having the "stir concert series" at Harrahs. Check out stircove.com. I was particularly excited about Better than Ezra and the Violent Femmes. There's "Jazz on the Green by Sheldon Art Gallery www.joslyn.org/event/music.htm There's a few more things that aren't what you'd call suitable for kids like sokolunderground.com and slamomaha.com Hope that helps!
