Five minutes ago a guy tried to get me to sign a petition 'ending |
|
discrimination' as he phrased it. In front of the Main Post Office on Pacific Street. What it turned out to be was the initiative that certain interests in this state want to get on the ballot in November ending Affirmative Action. So watch out. These people are not at all honest about what they're up to.

I made a "bit" of a scene. People don't like being told what you think of them directly to their face.

3. I never sign petitions |

The rightwingnutjobs in this state want to reduce it to a third world country, so they're all out in trying to make the tax structure unfair, start term limits to end state senator's careers they don't like (mission accomplished on that) and anything else that their twisted idea of "fairness" conjures up. I simply don't sign petitions, and I'm rude about it too. Most of the people circulating those petitions are twisted in the head or are being paid. Good issues rarely come up on the ballot for our consideration.
