HCR - Dems are trying to push through a bill. Who said this?

I was just listening to my local NPR affiliate, KIOS, and they were running a news piece at the top of the hour 1:00 CDT. A Senator or Congressman was complaining that Democrats were going to try to push through a HCR bill, and that this would lead down the road of a government run health care. The person then went onto say that government run health care doesn't work in Canada and Britain, and it's not going to work here. I've tried finding the story on www.kios.org, and on NPR's website, but I'm unable to do so.

Any tips on how to find who's saying that Canada's and the UK's health care systems don't work?
