I noticed a certain local idiot backed off his threats to withhold donations to UNR in the paper today. Still not sure why he thinks Moore would fly out here to debate him, although I suspect that debate would have been amusing.

7. more people for moore than bush the next day

The local media parroted the BC "16,000" attendance figure for Thursday's Reno Bush visit- what a load of crap. Driving by Rancho San Rafael park after the event and talking to a guy who went (just to see if he could get in without signing a loyalty pledge), there's no way there was more than 7,000 people there.

Moore packed the house at Lawlor the night before. Capacity? 9,500...
