Hello Nevada, especially Las Vegas

Excuse me if this post seems frivolous,in light of the situation with the victims of Katrina, but I am coming to Las Vegas next month (arriving on 10/12) for by 50th birthday. I love Las Vegas -- it's my favorite spot to vacation in. I'm wondering if there are any Las Vegas DUer's on board here. I love DU, and have met some of the posters, but not many. I was thinking that maybe I could meet some of the Las Vegas folks while I'm in town.

Live in Henderson - the fastest growing city in the nation - the big "urb" on the south-eastern border - gateway to Lake Mead.

Our weather's just about perfect again now!

Low lower-upper 60's - high only in 80's - cool breezes - and I've just been told I'm gonna be very busy again at work thru beginning of next Jan! (more casinos & condos to do, ya know!)
