When did Dems last Rule State House?

The Senate I know they had before from after the 98 election.

I read someplace that the last time they had governor's office and both houses in legislature was 1874 or something like that.

2. 1922 for the House, 1912 for the Senate.

In the nineties, there was a moment when the Dems and Repubs
tied in the Senate, and some politicking put the Dems in the
Senate leadership. But it wasn't an actual Democratic majority.
