Here in southern New Mexico, many read the El Paso Times...just offering you options!
Reading/lurking at DU for some time gave me the resources I needed to feel comfortable posting on newspaper forum where some real right wingers spew forth.

It's fun and relaxing posting to DU, any arguments are usually over things like strategey instead of general ideology.

I think it's important to challenge the wing-nuts and to create the space for liberal thought and ideas to re-enter the mainstream. For too long we have let our opposition have a free pass.
