Here in Santa Fe, at the county fair grounds. Got there a little before ten a.m., with a friend. There were already at least a hundred people there, waiting patiently for things to get rolling. They weren't completely prepared for the turnout. It was about forty minutes before we voted, and while waiting I was interviewed by a Guardian UK reporter! By the time I left the building, the line to get in was snaking around outside for a couple hundred feet.
We then walked over to where Tom Udall, Jeff Bingaman, Ken Salazar (Colorado Senator), and Ben Lujan were holding a rally. Nice crowd for the rally, nice speeches, and a good time was had by all.
.... and just as I typed the above paragraphs, there was a knock on my door -- a couple of Obama GOTV volunteers! I was able to tell them quite happily that I've already voted for their man.

It took about 10 minutes, and I got a little sticker that says I Voted Today. Is that our paper trail? lol
